History

Dr. Frank Jackson wasn't satisfied. As he practiced gastroenterology, he became frustrated with the lack of utility and innovation in some of the medical devices utilized by GI practitioners. Dr. Jackson applied his practical experience to his entrepreneurial vision and began to design products to better serve gastroenterologists, nurses, and their patients. Soon, his ideas became products that made procedures easier, safer and more cost-effective.

GI Supply's most prominent product is an endoscopic "tattoo" marker for the GI tract named "Spot." Spot helps clinicians to more easily identify lesions in the colon for accurate excision of the tissue. Spot® brand is recognized worldwide, and has become the number one endoscopic marker.

The Polar Wand, GI Supply's newest offering, is a revolutionary endoscopic cryotherapy system that offers a safer, more efficient means for controlled ablation of tissue in the GI tract.

Our customers include major medical centers, hospitals, clinics, endoscopy centers and private physician offices internationally. GI Supply enjoys long-standing relationships with physicians, nurses, and their professional organizations who look to us for leadership and assistance with innovative product design. Without the recognition and support of these key constituencies, GI Supply could not have grown to our current size and stature.
